You will oversee the Office of the CEO (OCEO) and Culture and People event portfolios. You will be responsible for the resource planning, escalations, approvals and advisement on a series of events that happen throughout Canada as part of these portfolios. Post-secondary degree/diploma in Event Management, hospitality or another related program; 7-10 years of professional experience in event management in a corporate setting; and a minimum of 5+ years of people leadership required.

This role focuses on the end-to-end coordination of a diverse range of in-person events and large-scale conferences, ensuring high-quality delivery for both internal and external collaborators. Must have 3-5 years of experience in event management and conference coordination, background in B2B conference and trade show management, and excellent communication in French and English. Education in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or related field would be valued.

This role provides administrative support to the Event Management team, and will focus on creating and managing event floor plans, and auditing event details for accuracy and consistency. Additionally, the role will serve as a point of contact for clients coordinating meetings and events with shorter lead times and lower complexity. Post-secondary education in a related field and 3+ years of direct experience dealing with the management of events and clients preferred; CMP or CSEP an asset.

You will provide support to the planning and execution of BCCHF’s signature events and support donor cultivation, recognition and stewardship events. This position may also be required to provide team administrative support. Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in an administrative support and/or event logistics role, and a diploma or post-secondary degree in an applicable discipline (e.g, event management, marketing, fundraising etc).

The Events Marketing Manager is a strategic and creative leader responsible for planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, webinars and hosted experiences. This role goes beyond logistics—it emphasizes strategic alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable impact. You will ensure every event drives demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement while delivering clear metrics and ROI.

This role is responsible for managing the successful execution of large-scale events and conferences program development including accountability for delivering on time and budget (Due Diligences, large and complex internal and external conferences) from ideation, planning, onsite execution and post planning. Education/skills acquired through completion of a specialized post secondary degree or equivalent in Event Planning and a minimum of 3 years experience in Event Planning required.

Key responsibilities in this role include leading global event execution, supporting regional marketing and outreach and delivering a sustained calendar of online programming that reinforces MobilityData’s leadership and presence worldwide. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a relevant field, and 3+ years of experience in events, programming, or marketing within a global or membership-driven organization required.

This role will deliver successful events by overseeing fundraising and operational details, managing internal and external stakeholders; you will work with the Signature Events team to deliver the 2-part Golf Classic and the new Lights & Luck Diwali-inspired Casino event. Post-secondary education, preferably in fundraising, events or a related field; minimum 5+ years of experience in a fundraising event role; and experience running large-scale fundraising events required.

You will manage the planning, logistics, workflows, milestones, documentation and stakeholder engagement related to a province-wide educational program for Health Care Aides, and work with CHAA’s conference manager and member organizations to plan and deliver CHAA’s annual continuing care conference. Post-secondary diploma in business, project management, education, special events management, communications, marketing or equivalent, and 5+ years of project support experience required.

As a member of the Events & Experiences department, the Event Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting various aspects of event management and digital solutions administration under the Strategy & Operations team. Post-secondary education with experience in Event Planning, Project Management an asset; 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role required; Previous experience with event management software and digital tools an asset; Bilingualism (English/French) an asset.

You will support the planning and execution of high-quality events across Canada. Your mandate will be to support the delivery of meaningful events and experiences that engage clients, partners, prospects, and employees, contributing directly to Dialogue’s brand and business goals. Must have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or a related field; bilingualism is an asset for this position.

You will assist with the coordination of over 200 events, site visits and meetings each year. The candidate must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends. You should have an appreciation for special events management, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers.

This role manages the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate meetings and events. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Office Managers, and Executive teams to create engaging, well-executed meetings that strengthen relationships and reflect our organization’s values. Must have 3–5 years of experience in corporate meeting or event planning; Bachelor’s degree in Meeting Management, Hospitality or a related field (preferred); CMP designation is an asset.

You will be responsible for managing trade shows, events, webinars and marketing projects. Must have College or Bachelor degree in Marketing or Administration (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and great planning skills - a minimum of 1 year corporate event planning experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and French also required.

You will work closely and collaboratively with other events professionals across the country to deliver consistently high-performing and differentiated events with a focus on ROI measurement, audience satisfaction and excellence, while proactively sharing best practices and learnings across the team and Firm. Post-secondary degree or diploma in event planning, marketing, communications, or a related field and minimum of 5 years experience planning and managing events required.

You will be responsible for detailing all events which include banquets, receptions, trade and consumer shows, meetings and conferences. A Bachelor of Administration degree and/or hospitality/food & beverage certificate is preferred, or a combination of relevant experience; minimum of 2+ years sales/service experience in the food and beverage, event catering, planning, or execution; and a strong background in the hospitality industry is required.
