This role is responsible for generating philanthropic and sponsorship revenue through The Royal Conservatory of Music’s flagship and other fundraising events, and through institution-wide corporate partnerships. University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, and minimum 5-7 years of relevant fundraising, corporate partnerships, sponsorship, business development or event-revenue experience required.

Acting as the central point of coordination across business teams, leaders, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance and external vendors, this role provides oversight of travel and event operations, policy compliance, vendor performance and spending. Must have 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate travel, meetings and events, procurement, finance operations, expense management or a related area, and a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.

You will support the planning and execution of company events and branding initiatives within the organization, providing seamless logistical, administrative and project coordination support that enables the successful delivery of employee, corporate and brand-focused events. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Event Management, and minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, communications or administrative support required.

You will provides administrative and coordination support for secretariat services delivered under contract with the Canadian Association for University Continuing Education (CAUCE). This position supports association operations by coordinating the national conference in collaboration with a host institution, professional development activities and related events. A diploma in office administration or related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience required.

You will increase registration and revenue for Sparkakus' public reliability and maintenance courses, owning the strategy and the results. You'll also manage webinars, conferences, trade shows and events with customers, partners and industry organizations, from first plan to post-event follow-up. Must have 3+ years in events, training programs, B2B marketing or a related field; and a track record of growing registrations, attendance or revenue for a program, course or event series.

This role leads the planning and execution of all CFC events while overseeing facility rentals as a key revenue stream. You will also be responsible for obtaining and tracking donations in kind for the CFC’s high-profile events as well as securing and overseeing volunteers retained to work on the events. Must have 3+ years of events management work experience, and previous experience training and managing volunteers.

In this role, you will generate sustainable, profitable business through strategic relationship building, destination advocacy and disciplined sales execution. Through a strong referral network of industry partners, you will position Cantrav as the trusted local authority for DMC and Event Production services. Must have 5+ years working in a sales or a business development role within the hotel, event or tourism industry and a background in destination management or proven, related experience.

You’ll own the marketing strategy and activation for assigned events and field marketing programs, within an agreed event calendar and level of marketing support. You’ll define how NIQ shows up, what we communicate, and how we engage priority audiences before, during, and after each event. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field/equivalent practical experience and 3+ years in event marketing, field marketing, customer marketing or demand generation required.

This role coordinates the delivery of two signature events: the Compassionate Minds Luncheon in April and the Bottom Line Conference in October. The role carries out established event plans, timelines and budgets, and coordinates the operational details. A diploma or degree in event management, marketing communications, public relations, and 3+ years of experience in event coordination, event planning, community engagement, fundraising, donor relations or a related field required.

You will planning and deliver the next Entrepreneur to CEO Workshop, scheduled for late April 2027, and be directly involved in recruiting a strong cohort, supporting participants and mentors, coordinating referral partners and the Workshop Steering Committee, and managing detailed event logistics. Must bring 3–5+ years of experience coordinating and delivering events, workshops, professional-development programs, conferences, cohort-based programs or similar initiatives.

Working closely with Halifax Pride's leadership, communications, design, programming and partnerships teams, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds awareness, drives attendance and promotes Canada Pride to local, regional and national audiences. Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field and experience developing and coordinating multi-platform marketing campaigns required.

You will play a key role in translating strategic engagement priorities into well-planned and professionally delivered missions, conferences, events, and stakeholder engagements. Reporting to the Manager, the position coordinates the operational planning and logistical delivery of Energy and Minerals domestic and international engagement initiatives. University degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience required.

You will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing tradeshows, customer events, sponsorships and memberships worldwide. This role is focused on delivering outstanding stakeholder experiences, consistent brand representation and operational excellence aligned with business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, tradeshow management and sponsorship management required.

You'll own EventMobi's entire events program: the trade shows, the sponsorships and the events they host themselves. Strategy, budget, messaging, booth, results. Start with local workshops and exclusive dinners, build momentum, and turn it into our first user conference. Must have 8+ years in corporate event marketing at a B2B company. You've been the exhibitor in the booth, not just the agency or the organizer running the show.

This role is responsible for managing relationships with assigned Chapters and leading the planning and execution of in-house member engagement events. You will provide volunteer support and coordinate events to deliver engaging member experiences and community connections. Bachelor’s degree/post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; and 5+ years of experience in event and conference planning, including budget management and contract negotiation, required.

This role is responsible for managing event-level project plans and ensuring internal stakeholder’s complete tasks, remove blockers, communicate updates and meet milestones. College diploma or university degree in business, project management, event management, operations, or a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in project management, event operations, event coordination, or cross-functional project delivery required.

You will lead the full lifecycle of event planning and execution, including conferences, roadshows, clinic-hosted trials and larger-scale community and partner events, ensuring every event expands brand awareness, drives qualified leads and creates meaningful opportunities for families to experience Trexo firsthand. Must have 5+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, field marketing or similar roles.

You will coordinate event sales administration from client information and estimates through invoicing, revenue reconciliation, reporting and procurement, and help maintain accurate event and client information and troubleshoot system issues to keep operations moving smoothly. University degree in Business, preferably with a specialization in hospitality management or culture-related field, and minimum 5 years' experience in a fast-paced business administration role within hospitality required.
