you will support the planning, execution and delivery of the Foundation’s flagship and partnership events; provide support and guidance to all community fundraisers that host events benefitting The Royal; aid in the execution of events initiated by the Philanthropy team to acquire, cultivate, and steward donors across all segments and constituent types. Must have a background in event management, non-profit management, business administration or a related discipline.

This role is responsible for planning and organizing various events for Doctors of BC. The primary focus will be on arranging meetings, medical student and resident events, and other engagement activities on behalf of the organization. Post-secondary education AND up to two years of progressive experience or equivalent level of related work experience in-lieu of post-secondary education required. At least 2 years of experience in conference and event planning is ideal.

Your priority will be to create meaningful experiences for our community that deepen their relationship with our brand and support our growth. The event experiences range from hosting our own in-person events, supporting industry conferences as sponsors or attendees and producing regular virtual webinars. Bachelor's degree in or diploma in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant experience and 3-5 years experience in event planning, ideally within B2B SaaS/Tech required.

The flagship event the Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing is Bayshore’s annual leadership conference. The Event Coordinator will also help plan other events as needed. Must have 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning and management and a university degree or equivalent event management certificate/diploma.

You will provide strategic advice, leadership and support to the development and execution of PHO’s professional development, capacity building and education events by managing the planning, coordination and production of events, which include regularly scheduled sessions, a significant annual convention and numerous other major educational workshops and offerings. Bachelor’s degree or related field; CMP designation and five years’ experience required.

This role is responsible for coordinating events/programming from start to completion. The goal will be to organize successful events/programming and projects that ensure Jordan’s Principle mandate, vision, mission and values are met. All events/programming and projects will be planned to meet the target audience and within budget. Must have Certificate in Management and/or Project Management; proven experience as an Events Coordinator; and a proven track record of organizing successful events.

Responsibilities include: Providing high attention to detail in all forms of communication, by assisting in processing reports, RFPs, drafting contracts and proposals, banquet event orders and change logs, under the guidance of the sales and events team, ensuring the ‘value of luxury’ is communicated through all written and verbal presentations. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity within another luxury property required. Bachelor's degree in a commensurate field of study preferred.

You will play a key role working with top-tier clients in a fast-paced environment, managing all aspects of communications and logistics through live events, including creative, sourcing, attendee management, venue logistics, production and budgeting. A minimum 5-7 years’ experience of relevant, full scope event management, within a project-based, client-centric environment required. A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field or program is ideal.

It will be on you to bring focus to the strategic planning, get people to register their attendance (either in person or virtually), and own each event within the series with end-to-end execution from concept to conclusion, and follow through. Must be an event-minded marketer with 4-5 years’ experience and have a University degree, preferably in Business or Marketing and Communications (an Event or Project Management Certificate is an asset).

You will oversee the Office of the CEO and Culture and People event portfolios. You will be responsible for the resource planning, escalations, approvals and advisement on a series of events that happen throughout Canada as part of these portfolios. Post-secondary degree/diploma in Event Management, hospitality or another related program and 7-10 years of professional experience in event management in a corporate setting required.
