This position is required to actively sell, plan, book and execute conferences, weddings, trade shows, business meetings and catered events of commercial clients. In addition, this role is expected to develop, sell and coordinate all conferences and events to the client’s specifications. Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field, and minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service and sales environment, ideally in hospitality or tourism required.

You will play a key role in driving the successful use, promotion and operation of the Centre’s event and rental spaces, including venue rental sales, client bookings, event logistics and on-site coordination, ensuring that event spaces are managed effectively and professionally. Post-secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Event Management, Marketing or a related field and 3–5 years of progressive experience required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of corporate events and meetings, while providing operational and administrative support to the Events team. Must have 4+ years of experience in event planning, event marketing, meeting management, or a related field, and post-secondary education in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

This is a dynamic, dual-focus role responsible for delivering strategic communications, marketing campaigns, and high-profile community outreach events for the School of Public Policy (SPP). You will split your time equally between creating engaging content and managing end-to-end event logistics. A minimum of three to five years of event management experience is required. Previous experience working in post-secondary educational setting is considered a strong asset.

You'll be at the center of the iBwave, a software subsidiary of Corning, marketing engine—coordinating trade shows, customer events, webinars and internal initiatives that connect people, showcase innovation and drive business growth. Must have bachelor's degree in business, communication or related field, 5 years or more of relevant experience, including event marketing project management, and experience coordinating trade shows and conferences. Bilingualism (French and English) required.

You will lead the planning and execution of a portfolio of signature fundraising events, including Walk and Wheel, Illuminight, Breakthrough Bash and Hammer Plunge. You will oversee the full event lifecycle, from concept development and operational planning through event execution and post-event evaluation. Post-secondary diploma/degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and 5 years’ of progressive events management experience required.

You will coordinate and organize details for events such as conferences, seminars, workshops and reunions. You will assign, distribute and verify the work of others while also contributing to their training, and liaise with clients to determine requirements, coordinates all logistical arrangements and ensure the smooth execution of events. Proven event planning experience, and English and French, spoken and written, required.

You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all OACP events and programs. This role is central to delivering exceptional member and stakeholder experiences across conferences, committee meetings, seminars, workshops, and special events. Post-secondary education in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, and minimum 3–5 years of event management experience, ideally within an association or membership environment required.

You will manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned conventions, trade/consumer shows and events, including planning, on-site execution and post event follow up. The successful candidate is a client focused, team-oriented event visionary, with a commitment to planning successful events. Minimum 5-8 years progressive experience in event management at a convention facility, hotel or similar setting required; CMP, CEM or other industry designation preferred.

KORQ Events Inc. is looking for an experienced salesperson to sell exhibit space, sponsorships and marketing opportunities for the West Coast Women’s Show and West Coast Family Show. The representative will work with returning exhibitors, inbound enquiries and new prospects across a wide range of consumer categories. At least three years of successful sales experience and a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets required.

As an Association Manager, you'll wear many hats: advising volunteer leaders one day, developing member communications the next, solving a technology challenge, supporting governance, reviewing financial reports, or helping bring a new strategic initiative to life. Must have 3–7 years of direct experience in association management, nonprofit management, or a comparable membership-based organization. A CAE designation, or active pursuit of one, is an asset but not required.

You will oversee the planning, execution and continuous improvement of EMC's robust portfolio of national and regional events. You will serve as a key member of the event operations team, supporting virtual, hybrid, and select in-person events across Canada. Must have 3–5 years of dedicated event management experience, with a proven track record handling both regional and large-scale national events (non-profit, member association, or corporate B2B experience is highly preferred).

You will play a key role in growing conference business for Whistler throughout your sales territory (Ontario, Quebec and Eastern Canada, excluding the Ottawa and Montreal markets), generating room nights for the resort while expanding and strengthening Tourism Whistler's client base. Minimum of three years' experience in a hotel, destination marketing organization (DMO), or related sales management role, and proven success developing new business and achieving sales targets required.
